Shipping and Handling

All orders will be despatched once your credit card details have been accepted.
It is extremely important to us that your order arrives in the very best condition.
All orders are hand picked and inspected before being despatched.

Freight Costs

Metro Areas - Capital Cities (expect Darwin) and selected areas 0-3kg $10.00( Inc Gst)
Outside Metro Areas - Email us at for delivery rates to regional areas.

Regular Post will deliver your parcel within the domestic postal network.

For orders of large and awkward shaped items eg. Candlelabras Wired Urns and etc., please contact us to receive a quote for delivery costs.

Extra Cover (Insurance)

If you wish to take up extra cover it will cost a nominal fee of $1.10 per $100.00 value

Dispatch of Goods

All orders placed prior to 5pm AEST on a business day, will be dispatched the next day via Australia Post.

Regular post will deliver your parcel within the domestic postal network. If your article is not delivered as guaranteed, the postage charges of your parcel will be refunded on production of customer reference code.

A Confirmation number will be emailed to you once you parcel has been dispatched via Australia Post network.


Delivery charges outside Australia

Parcels for delivery outside of Australia will be made within approximately 15 working days, please email us for quote on delivery costs

Refund and Returns

All products are quality inspected prior to despatch.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event of goods being faulty or damaged please call 1300 883 786 within 24hours upon receipt of your order. We will be more than happy to arrange a collection for you at your convenience with our courier.

Unwanted Goods

For unwanted goods they may be returned for a refund or exchanged if returned in there original condition with proof of purchase. Refunds will be made in the original form of tender, except in respect of purchases made by gift voucher which will be refunded by way of a shopping credit.

We recommend for your unwanted goods that they be returned by registered post through your local post office. Please note that returned costs are your responsibility and are NOT pre-paid. You must return the goods, together with there packaging in the same condition supplied to you. Alternatively we are more than happy to arrange for the collection of your goods with our preferred courier. The charges of the parcel will then be deducted from your refund.

Gift Vouchers

You cannot return an Absolut French Gift Voucher or redeem it for cash. Any refund of an item purchased using a Gift Voucher will be made in accordance with Absolut French returns Policy and will be credited onto an Absolut French account. Please refer to our returns policy
